Infy's recruitment is a process done in two parts. First, the written test containing reasoning and verbal aptitude questions. Second, the interview. A very simple and easy process. Clearing the written test is the main hurdle, anyone with normal communication skills could easily get qualified in the interview. For me, this interview was more like a conversation and not an interrogation. The interviewer troubled me in no way and i knew exactly what kind of answers could impress him. It was like a cake walk but still I was tensed after the interview until they announced my name that I'm selected. Now i'm an infoscion and i'm at the crossroads of infosys and MBA.
